Kinderkrankenhaus Weißensee: The big building to the west

All the heating and other facilities used to be here. There are several different parts with different functions joined into this one building.

There is still a key here. I didn't check if it really fits this particular lock.

I wonder who designed it. It occurs here and there in some other rooms in this building, as well.

There is a lot of mold here.











Somehow quite a lot of the peeling wallpapers with fun patterns are yellow. Makes me think of The Yellow Wallpaper by Charlotte Perkins Gilman ...







I guess no one has answered the phone around here for a long time now.

We actually forgot to enter the smaller building that is closest to the street. It looks really beautiful from the outside.
